Herbalist Amy Good-McQuaide will teach “Common Culinary Herbs, and Creative Ways to Use Them” at the West Custer County Library. She will share the health benefits of multiple herbs along with creative ways to use culinary herbs like: oregano, basil, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, ginger, cinnamon, clove, and others.
Amy is a certified herbalist, aspiring botanist, certified yoga instructor, animal lover, wife, mother, and owner of Wild Whimsy Apothecary. Amy earned her certification with Herbalism Roots in 2017. She has had over 1000 hours of herbalism, botany, and aromatherapy training. Amy has gained valuable knowledge through her previous employment in greenhouses, with experience in houseplant sales and cut floral sales.
