Please join Nicole Parsons at the West Custer County Library for a Journaling for Wellbeing Workshop. A pen and notebook are all you need to start easing anxiety, increasing focus and boosting mood! Journaling is a simple and long-recognized way to strengthen well-being. In the class we’ll explore a wide variety of engaging prompts for writing our way into a steadier spirit. Teacher Nicole Parsons has a MFA in writing nonfiction and more than a decade of helping people get to know themselves and their stories better.
