Sept. 3rd How do I get through this? Four tasks of Mourning

The Upper Arkansas Area Agency on Aging will teach five grief workshops at the West Custer County Library. The second workshop in the series will be “How do I get through this? Four tasks of mourning.”  Grief is a universal human experience.  Each of us experiences grief in our own way.  There is no right or wrong way to process grief. The one hour workshops will include a 30-minute presentation followed by a Q & A session.  Please feel free to attend one or all of the workshops, the events are free.  Registration is recommended.
